Our September OC SIG workshop was well attended and provided another powerful experience of insight and transformation. What was great about this gathering was the level of experize with constellation
work 4 attendees brought with them. Their suggestions and comments
helped deepen the work and we all benefited from their collective wisdom.   

The October workshop will provide another opportunity to enhanse our understanding of this approach for both personal and organziation change. Before we can help change an organization we have to be adept at changing ourselves. If there is something you feel
stuck or ineffective in changing in your professional life this forum is a good place to look for solutions.   

 The theme of the September workshop was dealing with conflict in the workplace. A brave (and new) participant jumped right in and we all learned from the process that unfolded. October's theme will be about getting unstuck and moving forward. We welcome people who have challenges and are willing to work on them. It would be a boring session if no one had a challenge to share. 

Come the workshop and learn about and experience this important new OD tool.  After a short review of the process and maybe a constellation exercise we will start doing constellations on your business challenges and opportunities. I am looking forward to seeing eveyone there to explore the power of organizational constellations.
